Effective 29 August 2026. This notice explains how APP51, Corp. uses personal information in Maremma.
What Maremma stores
Maremma may store the messages you send it, the work it produces for you, and conversation details, relationship context, commitments, deadlines, introductions, follow-ups, decisions, and unresolved questions that you provide or authorize it to process.
Signing in to join
If you sign in with Google to ask for a place, Maremma receives only your Google account identifier, your email address, and the name and picture on that account. That sign-in requests identity scopes only: it grants no access to your mail, your calendar, your contacts, or your files, and Maremma cannot read any of them from it. These details are stored privately in Postgres and used only to hold your place, to tell you whether a place is open, and to send you one reply. They are never sold and never used for advertising. Website analytics receive only a closed, content-free event and never your identity or any value you type.
Investor pilot requests
If you request the investor pilot, Maremma stores the name, work email, fund or firm, role, meeting-volume band, recap source, and closed campaign entry path you submit. These details are stored privately in Supabase and used only to review the request and send one manual reply. The form does not connect a source, import contacts, send a message, or add anyone to a marketing list. Website analytics receive only closed campaign labels and never any value typed into the form.
How Maremma uses information
Maremma uses this information to do the work you ask it for and to keep the context that work needs. It does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Connected services
This version requests no Gmail scope of any kind and cannot read email.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain the private memory you asked Maremma to keep. You may ask Maremma to delete your account and associated information through the conversation.
