Effective 29 August 2026. These terms govern use of Maremma, operated by APP51, Corp.
The service
Maremma is an assistant that works with you and your group inside WhatsApp and iMessage. It answers questions and does work you ask for inside the conversation, such as research, reading a document, or writing a draft, and returns the result to the same thread.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you provide and for any action you take based on Maremma's reminders or summaries. Do not use Maremma for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
Availability
Maremma is provided as available and may change as it develops. To the extent permitted by law, APP51, Corp. disclaims warranties and limits aggregate liability to one hundred United States dollars.
